About Shaunt Keshmeshian

Shaunt Keshmeshian got his start in real estate at a younger age than most when, at 14-years-old, he contacted the top producing agent in his neighborhood for advice in helping his parents sell their home and purchase a new one. Two years later, he was working as that agent’s personal assistant, learning the ins and outs of commercial and residential real estate alike. By age 19, he had worked his way up to a loan processor, then a senior loan processor just a year later. Throughout his career, he’s maintained an unwavering passion for the industry, supported by a gift for negotiation and firsthand experience exploring diverse facets of real estate with top producers coaching him. It gives him a rare advantage as he elevates clients to their dreams throughout Porter Ranch and Glendale.

Shaunt was born and raised in LA, spending the majority of his youth split between Porter Ranch and Burbank. While working in real estate, he obtained two Bachelor’s Degrees from CSUN in Business and Real Estate. He loves the opportunity to apply his driven, positive style to helping people with their greatest investments, all while forging lifelong relationships.

When not devoting himself to his clients, Shaunt enjoys catching up with family and friends, seeing more of the world, or sharpening his mind by reading books about business. He also never turns down a chance to network.
